Customer service from all 4 employees we interacted with at time of pickup and return was very impressive. I appreciated everyone's help during the entire process.
The people I worked with were exceptional. From the fantastic attention to detail from Nadj at the Northridge, CA store when I first rented my tux, to Jessie Juarez making sure the fit was great at pick-up. Sean the manager was helpful with Nadj in the beginning, and I always felt cared for. I returned my tux in Las Vegas and Vina was polite and professional at return. World class people on the team!!
Excellent service, great professional fitting by a very knowledgeable manager (Dennis). Final fitting and adjustments made sure all was good. The suit looked great, many compliments, and the return process was equally easy.

Quick service and results with the very busy prom season. With that, I would have liked to seen a more friendlier staff that didn’t make the experience feel so rushed. More human interaction versus a fast sale approach would be nice.

Every time I go to rent a tux the sales associates are more than helpful. One thing is they are not pushy and let us peruse on our own.

Your employee Terrell is extraordinary. My son and I visited the shop twice when he was there. The shop was crowded and he was exceedingly busy, nevertheless he was remarkably kind, professional, personable and offered exemplary customer service. Terrell is a superstar. The tuxedo, shoes, shirt, vest were all very high quality. We had a small issue with the white shirt, and we had a replacement the next day. The ladies at the Woodland Hills, CA location were extremely helpful in placing the order, taking measurements and making alterations. High praise to the employees in this store - extremely professional and very kind! Would recommend Friar Tux and this store location in particular to all my friends!

Excellent quality and customer service
Everyone at Friar Tux was terrific. It was fairly crowded in the store when I went to be fitted, but staff did a good job of welcoming everyone and getting to them as quickly as possible. The Tux was fitted perfectly.
