We walked in and there were customers in the store however we were greeted appropriately without the current customers feeling interrupted. The best part is that they had this handled and programmed like a well oiled machine. I didn't have to wait neither asked a bunch of questions.

May have been the time I arrived to rent but was waited on quickly, efficiently, with a
sense of making me feel relaxed and important. Tux ready when you said it would be and
all items included. I had one problem...my fault....I ordered pants at 36 x 32. Even with
the tightening straps it was too large even though it seemed ok when I tried them on when
ordered. I think I should have asked for 34 x 32 or took more time to fit them initially.
Still worked out ok at the wedding...a safety pin added to assurance. Thanks!!
