We found that the estimated cost of $81,000 to finish our basement was extremely high and exceeded our budget.
The responds I am receiving regarding the estimates on the work I want to have done.
Your showroom was very well designed and the salesperson (Lisa?) was very friendly. No high pressure, just good information.
The in-home estimate was also very professional and Josh was a pleasure to talk to about my project.
They cannot help me with my needs.
After the initial meeting, I’ve never heard back from anyone.
fairness of pricing and the man who came here was very explanatory.
Very professional, trustworthy company. Josh has been great so far also!
Waiting to receive a response from our salesman regarding a door design question.
I have not heard from Allied since I received communication from you. I have made effort to reach them to no avail, I talked to their customer service rep, who promised to get back to me, but unfortunately, I have not heard from them for over a week. The smell from the basement is beginning to affect the rest of the building.
Thanks,

Very impressed with the speed of getting an estimate and getting the work done (handyman services). It was less than a week start to finish, while other places had a 1-2 month wait just for estimates. The job was a bit pricy, but the work was done very well!
The job hasn't started yet.
Yeah, the fit and finish from beginning to end was pretty bad. From the first crew messing up the tile to setting a used paint can on my carpet, to not using Teflon tape on all the sink water supply connections, to not installing the toilet flange correctly, to the jack caulk job. Fairly disappointed with the quality of craftsmanship, but I guess that’s to be expected when the crew members are coming from the parking lot of Home Depot.
The workers who performed the work were excellent, but, the salesman who prepared the work order was either deceptive or uninformed about the product and process. He told me he would call to let me know when my job would get done. I was totally unprepared when the workman just showed up at my door with no prior notification. I found Arron to be condescending and disrespectful. While it’s true that I’m retired and have some disabilities, I do have a life and deserve to be respected . I won’t be using Beltway Builders for any of the other projects I need done.

There was a mix up on our initial meeting, entirely my fault….
I’m looking forward to meeting their rep and going over our project.
Expensive.
Project Manager Eric Salas struck my wife and I as knowledgeable, experienced, and open. We're looking forward eagerly to seeing his proposal.
Agent didn’t heep his appointment, he stated he was running behind with his appointments and the office should have contacted the client.
W have an appointment for mid-July since I asked for a postponement and that was the earliest
that was given to us.
I liked the material information that was sent to us.
If someone can come sooner, that would be great!
Thanks,

Had a topic come up, unnecessarily. That I’d rather not discuss. Though, it wasn’t necessary or relevant to the project.
