He came, saw the job, took some pictures and said he would send an estimate. I never received one.
I had (2) questions on repair of another window when Joshua came to quote the patio doors. Didn’t here anything so my wife and I stopped in the showroom on October 31 and got my questions answered. I also asked for information on the Marvin patio doors that were quoted. I was told to contact my salesman and he would advise what information is available from Marvin. I want to know if there is data from Marvin on the temperature differential from the outside to inside glass. I sent an E mail to Joshua on Oct 31 regarding this information request. I have not received any response as of this writing. He may be trying to obtain the data from Marvin, but there is no confirmation he is doing anything. I can’t get any response to my questions.
That is why my response to your survey is that I am not likely to purchase patio doors from Woodland.

We like the safety feature of seeing the storm door locked.

Beltway Builders over priced the service I needed. They wanted me to pay $750 to replace slides (drawer rails) on 2 cabinet drawers; I could probably buy the slides at a hardware store for around $20. The whole experience felt like a robbery. I was insulted and disrespected. I will never deal with this company again or refer them.

My initial appointment was great. Dave arrived early and we went thru everything that needed to be done and made a decision to move forward. Today Artic Plumbing came out. They provided me with an estimated time frame between 8am and 12pm. They did Not call to provide an update. When we called them at 9am they said I was the 2nd appointment of the day and they would arrive after 10am.

I need a contractor to show up within the window that they say. My hot water heater was installed but they did not have my water alarm to signal leaks that I was supposed to have.

When I search for a service online, your company contacts me when I have not asked to be contacted. Your rep appears at my house offering an unrelated service and is unqualified to evaluate the service I am interested in.
The gutters work great and the entire customer service experience is superior from estimator Gabriel, to scheduler Zoe to all the hardworking and efficient installers. All very professional and friendly.
