I would like more detail on how the project will be completed. Estimate is too much of a summary of steps--but not the detail I discussed with Jake McFee. How do we get the detail we discussed into the proposal?

The pro you sent was lazy for the job
Communication stinks. This project start date has been moved twice. I’ve called the office and the project manager. When you say a job is supposed to start it’s understandable if it doesn’t due to unforeseen circumstances, but I shouldn’t have to look to you for updates when you have been paid. I am completely disappointed with this experience I wish I could be refunded my deposit.
They scheduled me in really quickly and explained the process and product really thoroughly but also quickly, respecting my time. I thought the payment process and warranty was really great. Haven’t decided if I’m moving forward with the project before the new year but will definately be considering tbem
I was told I would get a approx. estimate via email for my flooring, but never received it.
Estimate was verbal and not supported by written confirmation. The estimate was geared toward much larger projects and a clear misunderstanding.

I was satisfied with the salesman Texas, He was available, prompt, cooperative, informative and friendly but the estimate was higher than I expected and higher then other estimates I received

Yes. Everything. I scheduled an appointment for an estimate, not to be sold a virtual 3D of my space for $1450. A complete waste of my time, 30 minutes of my life I will never get back.
