Happy with your guy. On time and quick with getting back to me with a quote but the quote was missing some of the big details of the project. I responded to him via email and mentioned this and still haven’t heard back.
We received an honest assessment of our situation and prompt set up for an estimate. We ultimately went with a competitor's lower bid since you could not beat it so price was the reason for not continuing.

There was a third party involved with the repair request. There was no advance communication nor a call to say they were in route. Also, the issue was plumbing and they sent a electrician who couldn't triage the issue.

On yesterday the Project manager did an evaluation of the scope of work that we need done; after his evaluation he stated he would send a preliminary estimate the same evening.
The estimate was not received, I called and spoke with him today; he stated he would send by lunch time.
So far nothing has been sent; this kind of action is heartening, we explained to him that timing was important to us, we want to get project started ASAP. He seemed sincere in his promise
to deliver.

The entire consultation process has been great so far! Lots of timely communication to ensure we’re getting what we want that works best for our installation! Now we’re patiently awaiting the arrival and installation of our products. We understand there are expected long lead times, but we feel confident that this is going to be a great finished result once complete!
The estimator had great energy but did not give me any options. The quote seemed random and not details on what product we selecting.
