The % difference between brushed concrete and stamped concrete was much higher than other estimates. Almost 50%. Average of other estimates was 33%.
Received a quote after 7:00 pm. saying I had to commit that day to get lower price on concrete.
Would have liked to work with Billy. He was very professional and listened to what I was saying.
Patricia was very nice and attentive. I will just say Beltway may do excellent projects but we could not afford them. The only option given was upward of $7500 for stairs. Literally the cost of my neighbors deck!

Dallas was amazing! He didn’t give us the most expensive quote he could think of; he gave us options! We looked at other contra before him and he was the only one willing to give an option that fits our budget!
It’s a shame we are relocating about of state because I would love to have Dallas and his team take care of all our remodeling needs.
Will definitely have Bryan who works with Dallas fix our landing in the upcoming week or two.

They're estimates are entirely too high. Twice I've had estimates prepared and both were excessive.
The appointment, technician, pricing were all on point. However, what we're ultimately waiting on is for the county to open back up and the stay at home order to be lifted so that we can go back to work. We wanted to get a price understanding of what we are facing in terms of deck repair, which is one of our key goals for this summer. However, we had not anticipated the stay at home order and the closure of both of our particular employers. Once things open back up and we can take stock of where we stand, we'd like to continue the process, but we're not sure when that will be.
Price.
You, were the first people we spoke with about our project, but were very happy with your proposed solution and path forward. Once we have spoken with other prospective contractors in the next two weeks, we will be making a decision.

They didnt show up for 3 spots but kept calling meto reschedule. The last appt the supervisor was supposed to had came but he did a no call no show. In result to this I left dr appt and had to pay $125 for missed appt without notifying them 24hrs., was late for work and 1he. One of the workers quoted me 6500 with 350 off because he said they need the money dude to covid 19. That was way to much for what I wanted. Then he called back and was upset that I made the appt with the supervisor because he said we all ready talked u didnr need to talk to anyone else. I would never recommend or hire this company.

I think it’s a little unreasonable not to be responsible for correct fit in regards to an installation of windows. The window openings were measured and ordered by a window company not the customer therefore I would think the measurements would be correct and it would not be an issue installing them.
Would like to have seen samples of stamped concrete choices.
