Never received our quote.
Quality door for sure but way too expensive. I dont know anyone who spend 10k on a front door. The customer service was 10 plus. Sorry we couldn't do business
Hello just wanted you to know I thought the guy name Glen that came out Monday for a price for having countertop installed was RUDE!!! He told me the amount and ask if that the amount you were thinking of paying. I said it’s a higher. I told him I already had two companies give me a cost of half his amount. His exact words to me were WHY DID YOU EVEN CALL ME. I’m thinking how rude. I said because I had no idea how much you were going to charge me. He said well I can’t beat that. I said thanks for coming by. Mrs truman.

December installation is way too far in the future. Other companies ranged from 6-12 weeks.

It didn't seem like the guy understood what I was saying didn't walk around the house didn't take measurements. It seemed as if he just conjure up a dollar amount.
Guy showed up one hour earlier than the appointment. I was on a conference call and could only quickly tell him again the services of interest which was the same as what I submitted requesting a quote (irrigation system, stonework). He didn't come back, nothing on the door, porch, etc. Three days later I called the company explained the situation and asked for an update. I was told that someone would call me back. Still no call, email nor text. I guess that's one way to tell me they are not interested!!!!

The guy that called me and told me my driveway was $1000 to seal my driveway told me I should go with the other guys because they were way cheaper. Didn’t even entertain the idea of matching a price or beating it.
Outrageous price to get driveway sealed.
