Could not answer questions about product asked for a breakdown of cost ie labor and materials would not do
I received your proposal and am waiting for another. I will probably contract with the lowest bidder. Please be advised that the phone number listed on Home Advisor is not not a good one. I've tried to change it but to no avail.

Nothing was wrong, salesman was nice and polite, just price was 3 times more than I thought and willing to pay.
It's over estimated, the deck posts and beams are not necessary to replace, need only realign handrail and facia board along the outside perimeter of the deck
Not available to do the work, job too small
Looking for a better priced quality window for my 2 bathrooms. LOVE my Pella architect series windows in the rest of my home, but thought I could find a less expensive option that was similar.
For $350. per window savings on Marvin, I would have to settle for exterior mismatch color, cream not tan. Not enough to make me choose that option.
Compared my current estimate on Pella, but Woodland was more than $1200. higher . So, not a good fit for what I need. Thank you.
The installers were very professional and courteous of my space and home- they cleaned up at the end of each day. I was so impressed with the finished product that I reached out for another quote to finish the last door and window in my house. I would recommend Woodland and the Andersen line of window and door products to anyone.
Why do you want my feedback now when no one showed up for my rescheduled appointment on 7/15/21, called me about it or responded to the email I sent to Allied Restoration on 7/15/21 at 2:53 pm?!?

I do not understand why Allied Restoration does not honor their appointments.
On 7/13/21 at 2:31 pm I got a text stating the man was leaving Southern MD in 30 minutes and would get to my house asap. Of course he wouldn't arrive for another 2 hours or so due to the distance and rush hour traffic so I declined the appointment change.
I immediately called and complained. The woman I spoke to rescheduled my appointment for today, 7/15/21, between 1:00 - 2:30 pm. It is now 2:50 pm and I have heard NOTHING from anyone nor has anyone showed up.
Obviously Allied Restoration does not value its commitments and my time or want my business.

The project manager was not told why he was here , and the scope of his abilities for our problems were not there BUT he did say we needed a structural engineer and I am waiting to hear back from him . If he gets me a stuctural engineer to evaluate and tell us what work needs to be done then I can reevaluate . But as of now the meeting was 5 minutes at best and clearly he was unprepared for why I asked someone to come out in the first place.

And are definitely not prepared to spend/ finance that amount of money for the job . Thanks again for your interest .

We made an appointment to inspect an issue. After the technicians did their thing and presented their information we were left not entirely sure why there was a problem only that there is a huge problem that required a 30,000 dollar fix. For that kind of money we shouldn't have any questions. Especially after speaking with people who had similar scenarios saying the fix didn't help a thing. It seemed as if we were being sold to. Not doing business with salesman.
wait until next year & perhaps I will consider having my driveway replaced
Yes, they never got back to me and did not want to come during the scheduled time because they had already left the area. And then when I tried to follow up, they never got back to me. I guess they just didn't want our business. I found someone way more responsive and willing to make the extra effort to speak with us in person.
Competitive price
The estimate experience was a little awkward for me. I personally felt as if Aaron Baker threw a few digs in his answers to our questions, i.e., "dirty white" when referring to my soffit color; stating that "this isn't the first house we have done siding on with wires", when my husband asked about being able to replace the siding with the wiring attached to the house; and his repetitive statement, "it's personal preference", when I was trying to decipher which siding I would prefer "double four vs dutch lap". I guess others would call this type of banter, "dry humor", but I personally did not care for it. This first impression interaction will play a part in my final determination on whether to hire Beltway Builders for my replacement siding project, after the completion of the two other estimates with other companies that we have scheduled for next week.
Estimate was too high and lacked detail
I confirmed an appointment scheduled between the hours of 2:30pm - 4pm on July 15th. No one showed up or called me to communicate the status of arrival or reason for the no show. I called the office to notify them that no one showed up. I was told someone came out to my property, but no one was home. This is not true. I was there waiting the whole time. I asked the office to confirm the exact time the individual came to my property, and was told “I’m not sure”. I was extremely disappointed. I even requested to be notified the status of arrival when I made the appointment. It was a huge inconvenience. I took off work to be at this appointment. First impressions are everything; this company made a bad one with me.
Promptness and reasonability of price quote. I have other quote requests pending but they would have to ptmrivide a significantly lower bid to get to do my job
I like to be sold and convinced that this service would be a smart buy. Benefits and Features. i Did not get persuaded to feel like considering calling to use this company. I appreciate the salesman meeting with me but not at this time. Thank You.

I Took off work for appointment .Their driver had car trouble . They could not make the appointment . Asked me to take pictures to send them . Was not comfortable with that . Not a good first impression. I called another company .
