Your cost was much higher than two other estimates that I had although the products were very similar. The other two estimates I received for my bay window were $7200 and $8000 but yours was over $10K. The gentleman that came out was great and we had no issues with the process however the cost difference was just too much.

I felt they were a bit too pricey for me. After checking around the price quoted to do a small bathroom was very pricey. The gentleman was very nice, but the price was way more than I was expecting to hear. He was not able to do what I want to do and for that price and then me having to pay for supplies, I felt I should have been able to get what I wanted done. My insurance company was paying to the work and even they told me to look elsewhere as 12,500 was high and I still had to pay for supplies out of pocket. They approved me for 8,700 so this mean I would have to pay the rest out of pocket.

To give an estimate like we were told and not beat around the bush to get a contract we went the most reasonable estimate that we can get it not tell me once you get there that you got to bring other people in that’s what was supposed to be done from the very beginning
Not a thing....this is a competitive bid and it will come down to price and service. One thing is your rep says u only cut back 6 inches and every one else cuts back 2 to 3 feet.
The price quoted exceeded all other quotes. This is a small repair job. Maybe more for an experienced handyman than this company.

If I could combine these two items into one Service contract at a very reasonable price I could agree to offer immediately and start work as early as Monday.

First Mike Hendley Was very patient and understanding listening very intently to what looking to do to first complete the project inside the house. Even as I rambled on and on he stayed very professional and helped me keep on track.
Our sales rep, has not responded to questions about pricing. The 7 day price and the 30 day price are a customer turnoff! But, remember, No Pressure. Inflated pricing all around this "estimate".
Why is the price so conflated?
