Amber Rose is amazing! So professional and talented. I love that she takes the time to ask my teenage boys for their feedback as she's cutting their hair. She makes sure she gives them what they want and does it so well. Not every stylist has the skills to cut hair that may be curly or coarse and line them up properly as well. We will keep going back to her. So grateful we came across her!

The MVP is great, I like that you wash my hair after my haircut so I don't get all of those pieces of hair everywhere.

Courtney is a great styliat. The atmosphere is comfortable and the whole experience is about de stressing. Not sure how much I like the new hot towel on the forehead thing. I understand the policy but not sure how a towel vs a mask but it is what it is.

Amber did a fantastic job cutting my hair. She remembers the haircut and style without having to go over it after the first time. Clean and sanitary environment with plenty of space.
The stylists really took the time to help my kids look their very best and recommend the best style for their needs.

Professionalism with stylists and provides great services
Upselling is a huge turnoff for me, and it has happened every time I have gone to one of your establishments. If I wanted or needed high-priced shampoos and conditioners, I would simply buy them. I went to your store to get my haircut - please skip the lectures on the efficacy of hair care products and just perform the service that I asked for, which is to cut my hair.
