The girl I was placed with had little experience and I was not informed that she was training. She messed my cut up terribly and now I need to get it fixed by someone who knows what they are doing. I will not be returning to this facility any time soon. I gave her a $5 tip because I know she needs the money.
I always get a scissor cut, so it is great that your staff is competent in a range of styles.

The person who cut my hair seemed to be straight out of school, based on her comments of differences between what school teaches and what her current position expects as well as the unblended haircut. The absolute worst haircut I've received. I'm now terrified of First Available and will not be returning.
Tea Tree, Crew shampoos and Hardup hair jell are products I purchase through Sport Clips. I like the feel of cleansing and tingling the shampoos produces and stiffness and wet look Hardup gives.
The service is top notch, always greeted with a hello and treated like a valued customer. I’m not a just a number, I’m a perso who knows what service is supposed to look like and they do have

I got two kid hair cuts. I didn’t like the additional charge for the length of my daughters hair. It was a straight cut. Nothing fancy.
Absolutely no point in have a check in online with the Sports Clip app. I was told to arrive at 3:45pm today and we did promptly. Then I was told that it didn't matter until I was in the store for a haircut to check in. I wish I could include the picture of the text and the picture of my app stating the time. I asked what was the point of online check in? She said it was an error. Then I showed her my text and also my app that stated arrive by 3:45pm. She simply said oh well it was wrong. My son and I sat waiting until 4:40pm for a haircut. Over an hour to wait for the haircut to begin. As far as stylist as I arrived at 3:45pm 2 stylists clocked out as I heard the conversation at the front desk. As a business not sure why you would only have 2 stylists on after people are getting off work to get haircuts. I have been a loyal customer and drive out of my way to go to this sports clips since it opened. I will not be back and will definitely not use the online check in again. There are to many Great clips and sports clips closer to our house.

I really like the online wait list. Makes it very convenient. My son loves getting his hair cut here. Every stylist we have seen has been attentive and listens to what we want.
