My haircut ended horribly and forced me to either wear a hat or stay out of Christmas photos with the family. I came in on the 24th for the same haircut I've gotten for the last 3 years. The fade was horrible and impossible to fix. I may end up shaving my head into a high and tight. The stylist was actually going to charge me full price until I asked about my veteran discount. She then decided to comp the haircut.

I’ve not always had great experiences at SportClips. That inevitable. The company is fine, but not every client is going to mesh with every stylist.
Amber Rose has been cutting my hair now for a while. She is lovely. I’m consistently impressed by her attention to communication with me. She never picks up the scissors until we are both clear about what I expect and what her approach to accomplishing this is going to include. Her work is done well.
I’d love to be able to make a reoccurring appointment so I could reserve my time with Amber Rose at least 30 days out. I understand this is not part of your current business model, but it would be a welcome change.

MVP treatment! Hot towel, massages in the chair and on back and neck after. Awesome shampoo and massage. Keep notes on file so they know how you like your cut.

Amber was absolutely terrific. She knew a ton about all the products she was using and recommending, and she made sure to inform me of all the store’s Covid policies which made me feel very confident in how the company was treating its response to the pandemic. She was also especially friendly, courteous, and professional. I’ll be sure to request her again.

The stylist was great I mean haircut looks great and she was super friendly. Even though she asked me before doing so and i agreed to pay $10 extra for a “zero” medium fade. I don’t think this haircut should cost more. I mean I tip and kinda feel that’s what the tips for, I won’t be back. I’m used to paying about $20-$25 for a haircut including tip.
