very friendly staff. A point in case is Christoph the aqua fit instructor he is absolutely brilliant at what he does but most importantly the way in which he engages and appreciates/respects and caters for the the clients (age group and abilities). He is a total credit to you and if you had a person of the week, month, year award, give it to him.

1. Very friendly and helpful Staff from the moment you walk in the door at Reception. 2. Excellent choice of classes. 3. Facilities - restaurant and beauty salon very convenient.
4. All age groups mix well at the Westwood from the young and superfit to the elderly doing Aqua classes.No one blinks an eye at seeing an elderly person on a spinning bike beside and 18 yr old. 5. The heart and soul of the WW for me are the friendly/approachable staff.
On a minor note I think colour scheme of purple in pool area is a poor choice and jacuzzi area a touch drab.Overall though its a great place.
I like all of the amenities that the DAC offers and the staff is friendly. I would like to see the "crossfit" side of the gym grow and be more useful to everyone not just team training. I think the music the gym plays is a bit slow and not upbeat enough to motivate people. Some of the equipment should be updated/replaced and the gym could consider obtaining newer types of equipment.
Everyone is very friendly, I love that it is open 24 hours and it's a very welcoming gym.
