I haven't been to Core Power in probably a year and they welcomed me as if I was a regular - it was lovely and appreciated.
I never took yoga before and I thought Ron did an awesome job being very clear in his instructions and help guide me when I was not doing something correctly. I liked getting a free week but I feel offering 2wk would have allowed me to actually try it more. I was only able to get one trial for my week based on available classes at the times I need. I would only also suggest and general walk through so you know where to put your things when you arrive.

The instructors are sooooo amazing
All of the yoga instructors are awesome! They are so kind and helpful to anyone that's new to yoga. I really enjoyed the HPF class, it's good for anyone starting out, and the lavender scented towels they give you at the end of class are so nice. Their yoga classes are such a good stress reliever, like if you've had a long day at work, one of their yoga classes is a great way to end the day
Alex is probably the best I ever head as a meant example loved her workout and drive.
