Warm welcome! Made me feel part of the group right away. I LOVED that there was no heavy sales pitch, or time being spent on the membership packages. The classes sell themselves and that can be such a turn-off. The rates and how to join are very clear on the website so there isn't a need for the sales pitch when you walk in the door.
