They had a cool cloth, gave me a block and placed dim lights around us at the end of my hot fusion class. The instructor also taught from different parts of the room so we could all see

Core Power 1 class is so relaxing and yet a littlest challenging if you desire to stretch yourself. Candlelight and a superb instructor went a long way. I will happily be going back and recommending to friends to give it a try!
