The instructor was incredible. She knew it was my first time and kept an eye on me but not too much to make me feel uncomfortable. I felt myself getting emotional in a positive way just by the way the instructor was delivering the lesson.
Ruth was amazing. She is a very thoughtful and observant instructor. I was very intimidated going back after a long hiatus from yoga. She eased me back into it- and I’m now excited to be back it.

I liked the Sculpt class led by Elizabeth. The music was quiter which allowed me to hear her instructions. The room wasn’t nearly as hot- thank goodness. She did a routine that allowed me to use proper form and alignment.
Way better than any other Sculpt class I’ve been to there.

Cleanliness, welcoming, friendly, lots of class options and times for my crazy schedule! I have been a Black Tag Member since late September and have seen a definite change in my body and posture! And a more clear mind! Thank you! Looking forward to deepening my practice in 2019!
