The teachers are so caring and professional and really make you feel welcome, even if you have never done yoga before!

I've only been to 2 classes but each time the person at the desk is very welcoming, the studio is very clean and so far I've loved the classes.
I am very new to yoga and I found that my instructor, Erin, was very easy to follow and helpful getting me into the poses. I really like the lavender and lemon towels that you give at the end of class. My other 2 classes were at the Streeterville location and they didn't offer that.
JoAnn had great energy, which was necessary for a 7:30am Sculpt. The class size was small and intimate. The studio and entry ways were clean and welcoming.

The studio is very clean. The ladies lover room is clean. There is no unpleasant odors. The staff is friendly and encouraging.

been going to core power on and off for few years but it was always in the city or old orchard was the closest one. This location is close to work and home so I would recommend it to friends around this area.
