Level of intensity
Everything about the studio(s) is wonderful. The fact that I can go for an hour reprieve from the noisy, sometimes confusing or difficult world, to a place that feels like home, that is nurturing and spiritual, yet serious about the practice, means the world to me. Aside from all that, everything is clean and pretty, which I find extremely important. The instructors are fantastic, and bring that spiritual level to the practice with intentions and quotes, which I love.
The schedule is very smartly arranged, too. I don't feel as if there are only one or two classes I'd like to attend, which would make it a challenge to have a regular practice at the studio. The only class I avoid is sculpt, which I found not to be right for me. I am a participant in the 40/60 challenge, which has helped me to have an additional goal in my practice. The workshops are very interesting, too.
I sing the praises of the studio to anyone who might be interested.
