I like the classes and I like how each teacher does a slight variation each class so it's not the same exact exercises over and over again (with the exception of HPF but that's fine)

The teacher was excellent. I am new to Yoga, but she was very inclusive and inviting. She used the "Yoga Language" but also explained what to do so that everyone could understand. She was very encouraging of all of the different levels in the class.
focus is on yoga. Several class choices, heated, nice people,locker rooms, towels, and the washcloths on your forehead after class!!!

Saturday morning 730 class is at a good time and the teacher was great.

Great environment to practice. Clean, well kept, the patrons are respectful of others in class. With the exception on the community class, but to be expected since it is free. Once the class starts all is quiet.

As a beginner I was made to feel welcome and during the class I wasn't made to feel bad when I wasn't able to perform all the moves .
I only attended one class but plan on returning. Unfortunately took free week trial offer over Christmas week when my daughter was in town. We only had time for one class. Plan on coming back when holidays over with a friend. Previous experience with yoga was in a high school gym. Not very conducive to relaxing.

Sean taught a great class- he gives wonderful hands on assists and adjustments. The studio however was very dirty. The floor was disgusting- I could tell it had not been cleaned well in a few days.
