Variety of classes & teachers.

I enjoyed the wide open studio which gave u lots of room and had the teacher able to walk around and adjust/help you accordingly. I also liked the cool towel the instructor gives you at the end of class-very refreshing. Finally having big mirrors on the walls helped you see your pose and adjust/improve it accordingly.

The staff is friendly and the classes are well paced for their levels.
Clean environment throughout. Spacious locker rooms. I also really liked the cool washcloths that each student was given at the end of the class. It's was very refreshing and nice! A good surprise since the studios in downtown Chicago don't offer that. Will definitely be back next time I am in the area.

Pretty much everything
Initial sign up was good, but we faced one problem. At the time of the sign up the person said we could buy a mat for $9 and would provide an additional free week - but there were no yellow mats available so we were told we could get it later. When we came back a couple of days later, the person (different lady) said since we did not sign up initially for the mat, that offer was no longer valid. We explained we were told we could buy later since they did not have them the day we signed up, but somehow they could not do this! A bit strange, I hope they can resolve this. First name removed
