Excellent, skilled teachers
The staff, the classes, location. I do ask that the policy of no phones be enforced, honestly, if the teacher sees a phone ask that it be removed before starting class. I have been in class several times that a phone has gone off, texting is going on etc...ENOUGH!
I have liked all of the teaches except Sean.
He did not have good energy or seem knowledgeable.
The teachers are so talented and knowledgeable. They really motivate you-either in a relaxing way (for hpf), or an empowering way (for sculpt). I’ve been to a lot of studios and nothing ever seems to compare to Core Power.
The instructor's are very personable, helpful and motivating.

Great instructor with clean and hospitable space
It was a good class. Didn't smell like feet and I didn't feel embarrassed trying it out. I've done yoga though and not familiar with all pose names and was confused. Prefer to hold poses longer too
