I like how the classes span over an entire day and that I am able to take a yoga class after I get off of work at 7pm. It's very accomodating to my schedule.

I have been recommending! I love the class but find it too expensive and unable to fit in my budget currently. :(

I liked that I received 2 weeks of free classes with the purchase of mat. Also that the hot yoga is in a dark room so I don't need to worry about feeling self conscious about sweating so much.

I wish the Old Orchard & Glenview studios got as hot and humid as Arlington Heights.
Arlington Heights seems twice as hot and humid. I love how much I sweat there, as compared to Skokie & Glenview.

I liked the class a lot. I thought there could have been a little bit more explanation on the policies and what I shoudl know as a first timer at core power. I was a little lost on a few things.
