Old Orchard is my "home studio". It is a beautiful studio with three rooms for practice. The locker rooms are kept clean and the studios are well maintained. Kelly fosters a warm community culture by greeting practitioners with warmth and professionalism. The Old Orchard teachers are a collection of the best in the city and suburban studios: Alex,Annette,Barri,Ebony, Elly, Emmaline, Gabby, Kathryn,Krissy,Lou, Nina, Paulina, Sheila,and Tova to name a few! I have and will continue to recommend friends, family, and acquaintances.

Every time I come into the studio I am welcomed with a warm smile. The atmosphere is friendly and the teachers are very knowledgeable about their class sequences. I always leave feeling rejuvenated and refreshed! The locker rooms and studio are always very clean which is a huge must have for me!
Took my first official yoga class last weekend and thoroughly enjoyed it. Great instructor, nice facility, not crowded on a Saturday at Noon.

Excellent instruction. Never feel I am being pushed in an unhealthy way (for example, I have a knee problem and cannot do every pose--never have felt pressure from an instructor to try to pose), but feel the verbal instructions and hands on assist are helpful. Studio is clean (nothing worse than a gross, dirty yoga area. Enjoy the variety of instructors. Very pleased with the number of available class options running from earlier in the morning until later in the evening--fantastic for people who work.

I had purchased a 2 month package that was supposed to start back in January. Due to medical reasons, I was unable to start at that time. The representative I spoke to at the Old Orchard location was so kind and compassionate with me. Not only was this a difficult time for me medically, but it also was very emotional and the CPY rep was very understanding and empathetic. She provided me the option of starting my 2 months now and acted as if it was absolutely no problem! I was very grateful for the kindness that was shown to me.

I liked how the teacher of the class checks you in. She was able to calm my fears about being a first time student. I also loved the lavender/lemon towel I was given to cool off at the end of class.
This is a very friendly facility with excellent instructors. I also really enjoy the cool washcloth at the end of each yoga session. This is not something that every CorePower Yoga Studio does.
Studio is always clean. The teachers I've interacted with are always wonderful - knowledgeable and patient, and happy to help people in their yoga practice.
