Fortunately I encountered Pat, the Manager of the store. Quite truthfully I walked in a unhappy customer, for too many reasons that I care to list. He patiently addressed every question, listened carefully and answered all my concerns about why I was dissatisfied with my last snicker purchase at his store. I walked out, feeling I was heard & responded to, In other words, my attitude was turned around 180%.
