About two years ago I got good attention from the sales associate regarding my concerns, and he set me up well with a good choice, including a larger size than I had been wearing. So I recently called to ask for a new version of the same shoe, they checked for the correct size, and it was in stock. I asked to have it saved for me and the following day I came by and bought it. Very efficient and I am delighted with the new shoe.

I not only got a great pair of what feels like custom shoes but learned a lot about the structure and needs of my feet. Love the 3D imaging and measurements AND great variety of shoes. Bravo!!
.All of your associates took time and made the effort to understand what I needed for a good fit. They were more than willing to bring multiple things out for me, and when I returned one pair, they willingly exchanged it for a different one that I had considered. A wonderful shopping experience!

I never knew there were so many different types of walking/running shoes until I entered Fleet Feet. Everyone was helpful, they assessed my walk, and made sure I was put in the proper shoe with the proper insert. If something doesn’t work, they keep going until they find what is right for you!
Jesse, the sales associate I worked with, was very knowledgeable and took lots of time to help me update my running shoe game.
I love that you carry narrow sizes in women. I can't find any other store that does this. I have ordered online and I always send them back because the shoes don't fit well. I have to try them on in store.
