I took my son in to find new shoes for a “on his feet all day” job. We had a delightful salesperson, Melissa, she was awesome..... patient & helpful as “the boy” contemplated his first pair of not on the clearance rack sneakers. She provided a variety of shoes to choose from & he had them on & off multiple times, with the inserts & without. It was an excellent shoe-shopping experience. I’d already been in and purchased my walking sneakers months before & a good pair of hiking shoes, so i knew in advance that it was the right place to be, never disappointed at Fleet Feet.

My feet hurt for years! Decided to look into better shoes and man what a difference, the Hokas trail shoe was the answer to this problem. Staff was awsome and very professional, I can’t thank y’all enough for eliminating this problem from my life for the first time in 15 years of pain! If you suffer from foot pain “plantar problems” get in and get assessed! There is an answer to this problem.

The customer care I received from Suzee was phenomenal. From the time I walked in the door, she was friendly and attentive, taking the time to ask about my particular foot issues and explaining the different shoes that may be appropriate for me. She was friendly and patient and genuinely listened to my feedback as I tried different shoes. I never felt rushed or pressured to make a purchase, and she even called another store to check on color options there. What a fantastic experience. Suzee is a gem!
