With their help, I was able to get fitted into a shoe with proper support and I noticed my foot pain begin to improve almost immediately. Within one day my heel pain is nearly gone. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. They have lots of good information without being a high pressure sales staff. I will definitely go back.

I like the staff; professional and knowledgeable. They also tend to remember me which makes my custom feel valuable. I like the range of products BUT they do tend to sell out of my size quickly. It would be nice if they restocked more frequently. I love Brooks, which they carry and am a recent Hoka convert (though haven't quite given up my Brooks yet!) all of which I can buy in one place. I have large feet, for a female, and they always have something in my size which means I don't have to traipse to multiple stores to try something on. I also like the fact that they let you try a product at home and if it doesn't work out you can return it. This gives me peace of mind, particularly when trying new shoes.
