FF Tucson is a clean and modern store. That said, I recommend more men's clothing options. Right now, most products are geared and sized towards women.
Final thought, I like how FF Tucson has a rewards program. However, I would recommend a more real-time approach where 10% is realized on the spot.

I really like the one on one service when you go in. They listen to what you are saying and try to get you into a shoe that works for you. Even the smalleat details are addressed. I always leave happy with what i purchased. They carry good products.

Ease of service during the pandemic. I called first thing Saturday when the Oracle location opened, spoke with Liza, she pulled two different color options of the shoes that I was looking for. I had her hold one pair, I was there by noon, and the transaction took less than five minutes, and on my way. Pretty easy.

I purchased a new pair of run shoes on 5/31/20. I have been in the same running shoe for over 10 years! I wore out the sole in less than 3 mo's. on this particular pair!! Fleet Feet contacted their New Balance Rep. and they agreed this was not normal wear and they allowed me to get a brand new pair of shoes!

I phoned the (Fleet Feet Oro Valley Shoe Store) a week ago and got Mercedes on the phone, and I told her that I was looking for a pair of New Balance 880's. She stated that they did not have the size and color that I was looking for, but told me that she could order them for me, she stated that she could get them in the store in about one to two weeks. I said fine, order me two pair. The store called me back 5 days later to tell me that my shoes were in. I picked them up a few days later, and purchased both pairs.
