The sales staff was very helpful. And there were enough staff to help everyone that came in. I like the number system, so the few people that did wait - just a few minutes - were helped in order of arrival. My sales person spent a lot of time with me - showed me 4-5 different pairs of shoes, had me run in each. And helped me to choose the best pair for my feet.
I like that the employees are friendly & very knowledge. You tell them what type of shoe you are looking for, & they educate you on all they have to offer. They fit you for it & let you know what else you could purchase that would be beneficial to the sport you are in without being over-bearing & pushy.

Our sales associate, Erin was exceptionally knowledgeable and helped both my boy friend and myself running shoes that allow us to run pain free for the 1st time in years. The return policy is also generous. I especially like that our local store supports local running events.
