Knowledgeable staff
Sales people know what they are talking about. They r looking the best fit for u. Quality shoes and being able to return them even after wearing them is great cuz if after u leave they r no longer comfortable is reassuring. My husband and son wear ur shoes and I figured it was my turn. Have already told our friends about the great service and quality shoes.
High quality workmanship on the product
I went in to buy a pair of shoes and knew very little about what I needed. The salesperson I was matched with did a thorough analysis of my feet and matched me the shoes she thought would work best. After she saw me run outside the store in the shoes she picked out, she fitted me with a different type of shoe that worked better. I appreciated how approachable she was and how she matched me with the shoe that worked best, rather than the most expensive shoe. I love my new shoes and would (and have!) recommended Fleet Feet to anyone would will listen.

The staff is always super friendly and very helpful/professional. Everytime I am there, the staff makes me feel like I am the only customer at the time, even if they are super busy. They take thier time to really make sure the customer is taken care of. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality products and a great shopping experience!

This place was awesome. Very knowledgable about the products. Our salesclerk knew right away why my sons heel hurt. She suggested insole supports and worked until she found the right shoe. He even was told to go outside and run to check them. He said when we left he loves that type of shoe shopping. He has never said he loved shoe shopping,always said he hated it. Your knowledgeable, thorough and courteous staff have been so helpful over the past several years to fit my feet even as difficult as it has been at times. With all the alterations to my feet through surgery, your multiple product lines and staff have always been able to find a shoe to work with my orthotics and specific foot problems. Products are high quality but since you can get the same or similar products several places it is the service I go to Fleet Feet for. I was recently there on a Saturday and it seemed a bit frantic since they were so very busy. Even so, everyone was friendly and knowledgeable and I got the shoes I needed. I prefer the quieter store of a weekday but that is just my preference. Service is great.
