You offer a variety of shoes and apparel. You have great service starting with a friendly greeting as soon as you enter the store. You tell each customer if there is a waiting time how long it will be. You give each customer the time to try as many shoes as they wish. The foot scanner is a huge benefit to the customer. Your staff is friendly and knowledgeable. There is no pressure to buy something you don’t like. The quality of the shoes and the friendliness of the service make it easy to be a repeat customer.
