Service is fabulous! Brought back some Brooks shoes on 4/19 that had problems and Nick, I think was his name, was great! Didn’t make me feel bad that I want to return the shoes. Very helpful with suggestions on replacement. Not feeling good coming in the store but felt satisfied went I left!

The happy fit guarantee really helped me. Upon re-introducing running outside… I’ve been running on a treadmill for a lot of the winter, my new shoes were causing major problems/pain in my feet.
