I was being fitted for running shoes. The salesperson listened to my needs and fit me accordingly. She was very patient and friendly. She also fit me for a sports bra and I love the fit!

I have been purchasing shoes every year at your store for about the last 10 years. I also appreciate the 60 day return policy. Only had to do that once in 10 years. We enjoyed service that we received at the O'Fallon Missouri Location. Your representative was knowledgeable and took her time to help our son find a good pair of shoes and insert to train in. When I shop at the Chesterfield Fleet Feet store, It is always a pleasant experience, due to the friendly sale people, especially the nice young lady, Valerie, The only thing that would made it more enjoyable was if she had given me a surefire winning lottery ticket.
Everything! Fleet Feet has a wide array of products to choose from. The service is exceptional. The associates - Barb, Nick, Deb, Lauren, Julie, etc. - are very helpful and take the time to make sure that the shoes are a proper fit. And they do not pressure you to buy a certain product.
