The young lady that helped me is very knowledgeable and helpful. She is kind and approachable. She has helped me the last two times. The foot scan was informative, and the shoes I was able to pick from had the qualities I needed.
First time shopper. I’m not a runner but do exercise. Have had surgery on both knees and was not getting the right support with regular tennis shoes. Barb at the St Peters location helped me out greatly. Entire staff is extremely friendly and there to customize your proper fit. I immediately had a lot less stress on my knees . Looking forward to healthier legs that don’t hurt all day.

My husband & I were in Tuesday evening to get him a pair of new shoes! Julie helped us & she was WONDERFUL! Very knowledgeable, funny, easy to talk to, and patient with us. We took up a lot of her time & didn't once seem to rush us along. We had lots of question!, She even showed us some shoe tying tricks! We had a truly wonderful experience! Thank you Julie! Coming to fleet feet is always such a great experience. Everyone is super friendly and helpful! Last time I was in Liz was working with me. She is fantastic. She was sure to help me find the perfect shoes and also tell me about their new programs.

I appreciated that Orlando took the time to hear my particular concerns with starting to run again after an ACL repair and other knee pain. He recommended a couple of shoes based upon my foot scan, goals, etc. It made me want to start running again. Nothing pushy, not as if there were a sales goal to meet or anything like that. He just let me try shoes on, made some suggestions and I am satisfied in my purchase and the overall experience.
