We are still working through a lot of kinks in the service. We have met or contacted the company weekly to address concerns and issues. It has definitely improved over time but it has been a long time and we experience many complaints from our clients and our staff.
Staff is professional and communicates well. Most importantly, everything is getting cleaned!
