Do a very good job, great staff
Having been with Service Master now for nearly 10-years, we could not be more pleased. Their service is the one thing I do not have to worry about. They keep our facility in top-notch condition. Jasmine is a delight, always accommodating.
develop an audit (tracking) and communication system that will allow more visibility into the services you provide. the business stakeholders do not have the bandwidth to frequently audit. if you have a system in place find a way to share the information routinely.
keep employees busy if they are not on break. perception is reality and the perception is there is down time

I have called several times about issues. It gets better for a day or two and then goes downhill again to the point that some patient areas are disgustingly dirty. I have told John more than once that the new person is not working out. John tells me he thinks she will. Where do we go from here?

Clean is mediocre. I notice a lot of spots missed each week. Our office is not that dirty so I feel that a lot of spots are skipped each week. But I notice a lot of dust on window sills, specks of dirt, paper, or dried flower/leaves on ground from week to week that never get swept up. Little things but items that tell me the contracted list is not being adhered to. We currently have a temporary cleaner as our regular person is out and things were must worse. I did call and report this and noticed this morning that the Friday cleaning was very good as far as I can see. They are trying to improve when I call and mention the problems. This is appreciated.
We at Saint Patrick Parish are very pleased with the janitorial/cleaning services that Mike preforms at our church. When asked he replies quickly to our special needs.

Clean out the cob webs in ALL the corners in the church.
Make sure trash bags are completely shaken open before putting them into the cans.
Better job at spot cleaning carpets.
Use scrub and shine on sink as needed- sometimes ring around drain or or mark where water drips from faucet
Some weeks are better than others, Please see that the cleaning crews to be consistant with the cleaning duties. If your team member is out, please have someone fill in. Bathrooms can not be put off from cleaning more than one day, it becomes a health issue.
