We ended our service contract several months ago. Cleaning was being done in a rush, not throughly. Cleaning lady was on the phone entire time she cleaned...and not hands free.
Brought children with her while she cleaned. No attention from Mr Bob Daniels for a decade until we notifed we were cancelling service.
Facility not being cleaned well, we have had to complain several times.

The cleaning crew is consistent, and always on time.
Make sure that when someone is filling in for the usually scheduled personnel that they know how to work the alarm system and take all trash out.
My office doesn’t vacuumed all the time. Carpet rarely cleaned

Service master cares about the image of your business. I have been a service master client for 10 years and I can see they care about how things look. They provide a top notch staff that knows how to operate at full speed without forgetting the little things. Their staff are trained to put the customer first and they always do a wonderful job. I appreciate their dedication and hardworking attitudes. They help keep my facility sanitary and clean everyday making every employee feel proud to call the bldg. where they work home. They truly get the day started off and are one of the last to leave at night. I can always count on them for any janitorial job no matter how big or small. I appreciate their attention to detail and the availability to take on any task or request with a smile. Keep up the great work!

been a customer for a long time - hate that these days I have to remind manager to remind cleaner to do basic things like dust or clean grout from around bathroom/kitchen faucets
Bob has been very helpful providing information on our cleaning tasks and helping us with non-standard cleaning issues.

They are usually employed with us for many years and help keep the consistency in our company and with our customers. We are always working overall to decrease our turnover. Wipe counters and cabinet fronts of coffee stains, dust computer monitors and desk every visit as per contract.
The staff at ServiceMaster Chesapeake are very responsive and the cleaning crew is very consistent.
Paulett does an outstanding job keeping the center extremely clean. She pays attention to details and fulfills all of our service needs.
More attention to detail in the bathrooms, ie rings in the toilet bowls, mops still leave a lot of water on the floors, kitchen cabinets and backsplash often need more careful cleaning.
- Stocking the bathrooms (with toilet paper, paper towels etc.)

I have scheduled at least two cleanings that were not done. That puts my patients at risk. That also adds work for my staff.

Amount of time cleaning crew spends on the floors. Actually vacuum the whole floor vs quickly randomly swiping through the area. A staff member was in the office when the cleaning crew was here. She was not impressed with the lack of thoroughness to the floor care. Question whether the hard floors are mopped regularly as contracted. Workstation areas have been left messy (ie: wastebasket left in the middle of the workstation instead of under the desk, wastebasket left without a liner in basket, phones and other items left sideways after wiping countertops).
Generally the office is in good appearance however the times it is not makes me wonder how quickly the crew speed through the duties. The expectation is that the surfaces and floors are truly being cleaned. Hoping they really are. It is hard to find motivated and dedicated staff thus I understand turnover and short staffing issues.
We appreciate the quick feedback from ServiceMaster Management, an agreement tailored to our specific needs, personal interaction and evaluation of employees assigned to our District.
Olivia does a fantastic job, she is dependable, professional, trustworthy, considerate and friendly. She always asks if there is something more she can do for us.
There are little areas, like in the bathrooms, no one sweeps or mops along the baseboards. It looks grunge around the edges of the floor.
I like that they are willing to accommodate our needs as far as hours. We have groups in and out of our building using it for various meetings, and it's a benefit of being part of our organization, so we need to be flexible with our availability to them.
I also like that if there is anything wrong, they make sure the issue is addressed right away.
