well, timing is everything. I just had to change toilet paper roll in bathroom and there was none in bathroom cupboard to get it from either. sometimes we run into same with papertowels. most of the time its pretty good though. attention to detail means a lot is all.
I don't have to handle the personnel issues.
Supervisors conduct random checks on work.

Well run company that is responsive to both needs and opportunities to improve. A pleasure to work with. Very atypical for a cleaning service in a good way.
Personable employees, quick response time, cleaning services are always above and beyond.
it depends how you define clean. cloths need to be wet not dry, carpets need to be vacuumed thoroughly.
Need to do a deep clean one and awhile. We have dust collecting on the top shelves and on the power supplies under the desks, etc.
Ray and Laurie are great people. The do a great job.
Charlotte does a great job of checking on her staff's performance. Jill goes above and beyond on cleaning. We are very happy with the service we get.
Charlotte is easy to work with and very attentive to our needs.

While we love the service.. some feedback would be... .Attention to detail, such as cleaning the microwave, dusting baseboards, dusting picture frames. Things of that nature.
You are here every week and do a good job
If we have an issue all we have to do is contact Chio and she's on it. ServiceMaster goes above and beyond making our "old" building look good.

SOME TIMES THE TILE FLOOR LOOKS STREAKED .. YOU CAN TELL IT WAS MOPPED AS THE STREAKS ARE GREY..
