How very caring your staff has been they'll do small things for you that in not in their description.
Also just knowing that someone is going be in does go a long way as some days you may not see or talk to anyone all day just knowing that someone will be coming is very appreciate.

It is a good service but they never follow schedule if a nurse is scheduled to visit 10 am they land up at 4 or if scheduled at 4 they arive at noon they need to follow the schedule
