Kate was very reliable, always on time. Very friendly and personable. Always made sure my husband was comfortable. Very happy with her work.
Sometimes the nurses rushes with our grandmother and try to leave as quickly as possible. Which leads to her being scared. Also, they don’t clean such as flush the toilet or change out the washroom garbage.
The nurse care aid was excellent.
Mojgan excellent care designer and her beautiful staff Sia Ana Paul!
Thank you always ❤️
Nurse next door is a big help to our family and makes our lives easier. They are all doing a great job.
Georgina has been wonderful
They are very professional and fast
As I am not the one paying for this care; my daughter is; I think it is quite expensive which does make it available only to those who can afford it. Basically I can understand this as I have been financially well off in the past, but I think there is a significant difference in many ways between this care & the Coastal care. I 'feel' for those who cannot afford it.
Having said that, I have been very pleased with the help I have received with Faridah, & it has greatly helped me in this recovery process! She is always so pleasant & eager to help where I ask for help & for where she observes I need it. A good match, thank you!
I realize that, especially in today's work market, that good remuneration is important for work done & for security. Based on my experience I would recommend your service/I'm not a fan of these types of scoring systems, so my choice was somewhat random, but, yes, I would not hesitate to suggest 'Nurse Next Door' to someone I know who needs it.

Knowledgeable, caring and kind nurses. Couldn’t do it without them!
your staff do an excelent job. no compaints.
I have a special needs 18 month-old with various medical issues and we qualify for nursing care through public and private insurance. I specifically asked if Nurse Next Door provides pediatric nursing care during my initial consult - which was answered yes. The main nurse (who was scheduled most of the days) who came did not know how to change diaper and never had held a baby in her arm. She asked very insulting questions such as which parent the genetic defect come from, if I did any drugs or something while I was pregnant, my age, race ..etc.
I asked to change to a nurse who has an experience with a baby. But the care designer did not have anyone who has experience with a baby and tried to tell me that the nurse can learn to take care of a baby in a couple days (It took me months to take care of my own baby - I don't believe anyone can learn to independently take care of a baby instantly like that) and so we cancelled the service, which we were told to be charged for the week of service before it can be cancelled - Ok, I am fine with it and pay for the nurse to at least sit on the couch and hold my baby while I can do other stuff, I was really just trying to find the right kind of care for my son. The nurse called in sick the next day and so the contract was cancelled immediately since I did not want a substitute.
Now on the invoice, we were charged concierge fees of $149 six times for 3-hour nursing care services provided five times. Maybe this is a mistake to be fixed - which I don't mind to be charged $745 extra and be refunded later. But if I did not look at my invoice, this is simply taking advantage of elders and people who are going through hard times physically and mentally.
This is my first baby who was born with lots of challenges - how unlucky! - we as first time young parents trying to survive one day at a time - trying to live a life - work and make a living - trying to not sink into depression - all this while taking care of my baby who requires 24/7 care. I hope you have 1 ounce of sympathy and understand why I give you zero rating here on your private platform.
We find some of your nurses rude and uncooperatve. When asking guestions.

My nurse, Sharon Hayes
Some were not perfect but most were very good. They were all very pleasant.
The caregivers were very good with my mother, who was quite reluctant to have help. Cecelia, particularly, did a great job.
Inability to give me assistance before 11 am
