They are very helpful and caring to patients
All the workers are polite. They come on time. They always follow the instructions of the person they are taking care of. Customer service is great. They listen politely to the concerns and try to work with us to accommodate our needs.
Care aid's are ok.
The nurses that look after my husband are so knowledgable and caring. We couldn’t do it without them.

Girls are very good no complaints. Don’t like the change of schedule as I make plans and then I get an update and my visit time has changed.

Appreciate it a lot for your professional job
Every single person you sent to help us, was 100% professional, extremely pleasant / friendly, and more than happy to do whatever the job required. After the initial scheduling changes, we are hoping that we can keep at least the three ladies we have now, as PERMANENT care-givers, and not have to keep phoning when alternates keep popping up on the eMailed schedules.

The girls are very pleasant and on time. Would like to have a permanent schedule but it is working so far.
Love everything about what NND has to offer, however it is very costly and not much room for flexibility in hours of service.
The nurse that comes is very knowledgeable and informative. She is keeping my husband out of the hospital!
