I was informed I would be sent someone with a personality that fits mine.thr
The person is fine for simple tasks but hardly a similar personality.
Professional
Our caregiver has been a wonderful addition to our team; kind, caring and very helpful.
Nurse Next Door set us up quickly while taking into account all of our needs.
We feel very supported.
Friendly . Down to earth girl . Knowledge ble staff
My Father received excellent care by the caregivers. The only reason my score is not a 10 is due to the problem we experienced with scheduling when his care was cut off due to a misunderstanding with the end date he was supposed to receive your services until. It was officially until October 5th and it was read as May 10th - 10/05 and 05/10.
Special kudos and thanks to John Steele, Paul Guillena and Josh Dumalasa - they were amazing with their care, attention and kindness towards my Father and our family.
Carol our nurse is very helpful and she answers all our questions reharding patient.
The immense lifting of a burden we cannot carry ourselves.( my husband and I).
Reliability.
Very good, come on time.no. Problem at all.
Love your service ànd employees
The nurses are knowledgeable. They are efficient, courteous and they know their duties and they are good at what they do and they are always happy.
All the nurses are very pleasant and nice to work with. However I don’t like the constant change in scheduling . Hopefully it will get better
If my dad schedule be under Mojgan care, everything will be perfect!
Mojgan care designer, Paul and Sia are the best!
Last Friday Paul was sick, and someone else who i can’t remember her name came to help my dad, she was unbelievable frustrated, angry and rude!
I am sure Mojgan was on holiday that time to know what’s going on!
In general, we really appreciate it having Mojgan in our life specifically for our dad!
Thank you ❤️
I need stockings on before 11 am each morning far too late. The staff you send are very helpful despite that
My nurse Sharon Hayes.8
Lack of consistency in personnel. So many different HSW with rarely the same one twice. All lovely people, just have to go over everything each time.
So far it’s been a good experience. It might be too expensive for some people.
Took us a while to find the right fit, not enough care workers available for the north shore.
Of all the agencies contacted you had the highest price by a very long stretch. I was fine with it because I needed someone for a small amount of hours short term. However, I expect the service, training, experience background and quality to match that price. The lady was very nice and polite but very much lacking in food safety understanding on many fronts. It is not conceivable that every client will only want a can of soup to be warmed up or toast to be made. Food safety should be a requirement - I am aware that it will be going forth and changes to training will be made but other agencies already have that as a requirement and they are 1/3 the price. So I am left wondering why the standards were not there to begin with and what the reason is for the higher price when you are getting inferior personnel, standards, and experience compared to what other agencies are stating are their minimums.
The supervisor was excellent, customer service was excellent. Standards for training not there. I think the changes that are being made are great (food safety and handling) but I would not be able to recommend the service based on my experience.
The situation that occurred was in regards to the handling of raw chicken - then putting that raw chicken on ziploc bags which were then put on counter tops, some of the raw chicken parts ended up on my clean dish rack amongst my clean dishes. The dishes that were used which touched raw chicken were only rinsed with dishes and then put onto my clean dishes until I showed her how to wash dishes by hand. I had to redo all of the dishes she washed as well as all the already cleaned dishes which was exhausting. I was recovering from major surgery so the effort was troublesome but also the danger risk was very threatening to my health and recovery.
The caregiver was lovely and my parents enjoyed her company. I would have preferred that the caregiver would have taken more initiative in assisting them, and followed more of the tasks that were originally outlined and written out for the caregiver, but not carried out during her time with my parents.
I would have also appreciated an option to have fewer hours of service, as the 3 days/week was too much for my parents, and ultimately led to my parents wanting to discontinue services.
Mixing up medications , not staying leaving after 5 mins. And some no longer than 30mins.
Staying with patient. I could go on and on . They should not be in care of seniors…
On time and did her job well. I learned a easier way to do a few things and she was willing to show me.
I have been blessed with very generous service from every member of your nursing personnel . I have said to all my friends and colleagues and relatives that I have never been so impressed by the knowledge and willingness to help me. Thank you.
reliable. good care
Caregivers are kind and patient with clients. Thank you very much!
I am no longer able to do my dialysis by myself
Staff arrived on time and left on time. Not short cuts in providing service.
Very concerned that I got enough assistance.
Stayed awake during the night-time shift.
Helpful in bathing and putting on new bandages.
Very polite, caring..
Made me and my husband feel that we were in the care of competent and knowledgeable LPNs.
Some seemed inexperienced.
Mojgan, as our main care planner, has been phenomenal - in her communications and ensuring my father's care plan tasks are up to date to meet his changing needs and that the schedule includes familiar faces given my dad has 15 visits from Nurses Next Door each week. We are grateful for her help.
The nurses who are scheduled to help my Dad have been most kind and many of whom my father have gotten to know and trust - Luis Manalo, John Steele, Jenadrine Chamnan, Jennifer Nora, Rachelle Trinidad to name a few - are rockstars in their care of my father.
Some nurses will leave right after without cleaning up. For example, leaving the towel in the sink and not changing the washroom garbage. The one we dislike the most is that they don’t check if the toilet is flushed all the way and it leads to a clogged toilet, which we have to deal with after.
