They are so available, on time and really know what they are doing. I have no complaints and just love them.

The biggest reason for giving you that score is your very deceptive advertising. Of the various people who entered our home to provide care not a single one was an RN.Some were very poorly trained to provide personal care and were still being trained.
For the qualifications of the people who were assigned to our home the hourly rate was signifactlly more than other agencies providing similar services.

THose few who were satisfactory and even competent as individuals deserve a higher rating,but my comments above are still applicable.Calling yourselves NURSES is deceptive and dishonest.

The score would be much lower if it were not for my positive experience with most personnel. I chose NND for reliability and 2/3 initial visits, at which the supervisor (Tiffany) was booked to attend she did not show up. On one occasion she cancelled 1/2 hour before she was to be here and the second time 1/2 hour after! I was stuck with no one here at 9 am as the care aid did not show up either. There was no adequate reason given other than “I can’t make it”.

I have employed many people over my career and someone as unprofessional as Tiffany would not last a week. I was shocked by her behaviour as it was the opposite of what I needed. I can’t leave my husband alone and was put in a bad position when no one showed up.

Fortunately another supervisor, Laurel, got things back on track. I would not have had Tiffany back in my home and use of NND would have ended without her stepping in. Your staff should understand being late, or being a no show, are not options in your business, dealing with very sick people.

I give this score of a 8 because the lady who comes to my place to clip my toe nails Is very good at her job and is very nice to me.

You make it so I can live my life without having to worry about my dad.

I feel for all clients, that this is a very valuable service.

I have found the the Nurse Next Door most helpful when to accommodate changes in our schedule I have found it necessary to call the office and make alternate arrangements for the nurse to accommodate our schedule change. This has been done on a few occasions. The office staff have responded politely and arranged to notify the nurse of our change. I every case the attending nurse has met our requests.
I also have found the attending nurses very accommodating and knowlegeable about what is expected when they make their calls at our home. They have all been very pleasant, and have the skills needed to fulfill their duties

Sarah has been a fantastic help for me. She helps me with all the things that I can’t safely do on my own. ….which is also a huge help to my family members who were trying to help me, despite their already busy lives, before we had Sara coming to help. Christina is a great listener; she is responsive to my needs, she comes up with some good ideas to be of service to me, she’s very smart and remembers where things are so I don’t have to tell her every time, she’s prompt , friendly and down to earth. I’m grateful to have her as my service provider

Well, there was some confusion about my escort from the hospital on the day I was supposed to be picked up, but it all worked out and on time as well.
