They take very good care of my dog. For her it’s a home away from home. So when we do need to kennel her she is great and doesn’t get nervous. She is always so excited to go and happy to come home.

It’s a one stop shop. The staff are amazing! So helpful and accommodating.
I would give a 10 but the website says and contract says that you open at 630 am which is convenient and perfect for me to drop my dog @ 630 am it’s on my to work but, they say not drop them off till 7am it’s confusing, It’s should say 7.
But the fact that you guys 3 sections and one of those are for the little dogs is awesome love that.

I think there were too many dogs in the toy box room at one time (the receptionist mentioned that the limit is around 40 dogs per 1 human) and the size range was too big. There were very small dogs in the room with much larger dogs who were playing rough and it made me uncomfortable.

Ever since the crew changed I see the quality of service dropped. Also, I'd prefer a place that has a nice outdoor space where dogs can run. So I'm contemplating of changing the daycare service.

I prefer a place with an outdoor space as well, but clearly that is difficult in the middle of a city like DC. I get it. Tough order.

fix cameras for better view of pups in the large room, unable to view my pups 75% of time. also, several occasions I viewed my pup in a kennel for an extended period of time after nap time; not sure why - would like to be informed of any issues my pup had that day that put her in an extended 'time out'.
Friendly and knowledgeable
From the time we arrived until the end we felt we are at right the place for our furbabies. The staff and manager are welcoming, very professional and in that short tour we requested, all looked great. The dogs were happy and facility was very neat. We had online access to the rooms and gladly were able to see our furbabies anytime we wanted.
When we got our babies back and arrived home, they were happy, playful and shortly after arrival they slept, and they slept well all night. Well that tells us they had a playful time in dogotopia. The name of dogotopia is very right. A big Thank you to all staff and manager at Winter park location. And keep it up all the time.
