I have been taking my dog Zeus to Dogtopia of The Shire at Cityline since they opened. He LOVES it! He goes three days a week and knows when he gets up in the morning if it is a daycare day. He immediately runs to the garage door and starts spinning around. The entire team is amazing and I truly feel like we found the best place for Zeus to go and hang out with friends.
The staff was very helpful and answered all our questions. The dogs seemed happy and we liked the idea of separating the small dogs from the large ones!
The staff is very caring. I had only been in once or twice and they all remember me and my dog. It was obvious they love animals!
Friendly staff. Sarah is a great groomer. Maya loves her.

I like the tv in the lobby to see what your dog is doing. The tour of the facility was nice to see also. And the staff was all super friendly and nice!!

Roo has attended Dogtopia since he was about 18 weeks old. This has provided him much needed structured socialization. Dogtopia (DT) of Midlothian are FANTASTIC arbiters of the well vetted dogs that are in their care. I often log onto the website to view how Roo's day is going and see that one of the DT caregivers is hugging and kissing him (he's more that a little affectionate!). From management to the caregivers...the staff is beyond wonderful and caring. They are Roo's family at this point. I don't trust dropping off my precious Roo with anyone else! Thank you DT of Midlo for doing all you do for Roo. You are definitely in the Roo-Pack! :)

Our Greyhound Gina loves Dogtopia (Roswell). She was a charter member, and after her “dad” retired, she now goes on occasion and for boarding. She also enjoys the Spa services! The staff are so caring, and check in with us to ask if she can come play because they miss her.
We were in DC for just a few days with our puppy and needed a place that felt safe and entertaining for our dog. She loved going to Dogtopia and having the ability to check in via webcams was an added plus. The staff was friendly and enthusiastic. The only change I'd suggest would be to find a way to get the dogs an outside area to poo/pee. It seems like my dog held it all day to be a good girl. Probably just needed to learn the rules more effectively.

I absolutely love Dogtopia Valley Forge! Julie and Stephen are awesome and really listen to the needs and concerns of pet parents. My dog loves coming to daycare! She knows the way to daycare and starts crying as we approach. She is so happy to be there that she drags me inside each morning! We have used other area daycare in the past and we have had some bad daycare experiences, so in the beginning she and I were apprehensive about Dogtopia. They proved they are topnotch! Luna was scared of men when she started daycare and within a couple of weeks, she feel in love with Stephen! She even looks for him through the windows when she is not in the same room as he. She also has come to absolutely love Dom in Romper room. Drop off is super easy because she knows he is in the room! For the last several months, she has become obsessed with Maeve! They have a special connection and it is beautiful to see. Luna loves being with Maeve and will jump onto of the crates to see Maeve if they are not in the same room! I love the fact that I can see the webcams at any point during the day and see what Luna is up to. I love that all the staff are super observant to changes in my dog and notify me immediately. Dogtopia is the only place that Luna allows for her nails to be cut, she won't even allow our vet to cut them! I can't say enough wonderful things about Dogtopia Valley Forge, their staff, their facility. The facility still has a great smell and doesn't reek of urine or feces like other facilities in Montgomery County. The staff all truly love dogs and it shows! I haven't had a bad experience yet and we have been loyal patrons since April 2022. Luna is a rescue dog who was abused and living on the streets, it has taken a lot to gain her trust and I am very protective of her and who she interacts with and I can say wholeheartedly that I trust Dogtopia Valley Forge with her and I know she is safe which makes having to leave her and going to work an easy situation! My grandfurbaby now attends and she loves it as well! I'd be happy to answer questions from potential pet parents and be happy to share our positive experience with anyone who wishes to hear about it!
The best part of having my dogs at Dogtopia is that I can feel secure that they will be taken really good care of and that they will have a wonderful time in a safe environment. I love to be able to see what they’re doing on the webcam too!
The app is convenient. The New Rochelle staff is responsive, and they always seem to really like and care about my dogs.

I love how the staff are always so happy to see my pup Lottie when we walk through the door, They get down on the floor to her level and really welcome her, and off she goes without a backward glance at me!!
It was great. My only concern was she was so wet from her Bath . We picked her up at 4:30. But she seemed happy and we will come back. Thank you.
