My puppy came home imitations the behavior of peeing inside. I’m sure he was confused after seeing this at Dogtopia. We are now having to re-house break him.
Super great service, available last-minute (I was always terrible at pre-booking days and most of the time they still got my dog in), and my pup seemed to have a great time every day.

Friendly faces greet us every time. Everyone has worked with us so much to ensure our dog is successful. The facility is cleaned regularly and my long haired dog comes home way more clean than other local establishments. I LOVE the fun photo sessions every month and look forward to his photos. He wouldn’t even enter other facilities after going for a few months and still runs into DogTopia every time even after a year even though he has anxiety so I know he genuinely loves it here!
Dogtopia is the best! Whenever we go on vacation or just for a day, they take great care of our dog!!
Ease of scheduling and the cameras.
I was impressed with the facilities. The dogs genuinely seemed to like being there and the staff was very attentive to their needs. I felt comfortable leaving my dog with such capable people. They definitely provide a much needed service to dog owners. Keep up the good work!
Drop off / pick up convenience
The personnel are outstanding and the facility is always clean and welcoming.
Rylie always jumps out of the car and I can barely hold onto the leash until she gets in the door..
She definitely enjoys her time there.

Requiring a dog to be a "member" of your establishment to get groomed is ridiculous. One of my dogs is a participant the other is not. All have had their shots etc. but you won't let him be groomed. Once my "Time" is used up I won't be coming back.
The staff does a great job with my dog. He gets so excited when he knows he is going to pet care.

I love everything about Dogtopia. The people are lovely and obviously love dogs. My pup is super excited when we go and leaves happy when I come pick him up. The grooming is also wonderful. I highly recommend Dogtopia.

Better Customer Service
Making it easier to drop off and pick up.
I had emailed my dog’s vaccine record ahead of our reservation for boarding and it hadn’t been updated in the system, so the front desk rep was still asking for it the day of boarding. This made the check in process longer than it needed to be.
The staff are amazing. Sophie loves going there. The second we park, she knows where we are and she starts clawing at the windows to get out of the car.
The staff is friendly and my dog enjoys play days.
I love how welcoming everyone is and how loved Coda is when she arrives. Everything is great from the activities they do with the dogs all day, to the two hour resting time they get. Coda loves Dogtopia!!!
Everything about Dogtopia Town & Country has been wonderful. The staff and caretakers are friendly and I know that my dog is in good hands when I leave her there.
They are thorough with questions to make sure your dog stays healthy and safe.
