I have been buying sneakers from Fleet Feet for many years, and have family members who also have been purchasing sneakers for many years. The young man who helped me, on my last visit, was friendly and knowledgeable about the sneakers. I wanted a sneaker with good lateral stability and end up with a pair of Brooks that I am very pleased with.
Attention given to the customer and relief obtained.
The new location is accessible, the employees are pleasant and knowledgeable, the Altra shoes were recommended by my podiatrist who is a runner and wears shoes that are foot shaped.I plan to keep buying the Escalante style and would like to know what other colors will be available in the future.

Person helping us (forgot his name) was Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. He took the time to explain the differences in each shoe that he recommended. I walked out of the store with the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever owned.
