We had excellent service from both young ladies who waited on us. We were surprised by the policy that we have 60 days to return our shoes if we are not satisfied. It was a little hard to find the Lafayette store tucked back in the corner but a quick phone call and a very helpful employee helped up find it. We'll be backi.

Excellent service from a young woman (who just graduated from high school). She did measurements and explained them to me. ( I didn't know I was now a wide.) She picked great, very comfortable shoes and she offered different options so I could feel the most comfortable for my feet. She also offered to try inserts.
My feet have not felt this good in years. The shoes and insert she recommended were spot on for the issues I have experienced in the past few years. In the end I bought two pairs of shoes and two pair of inserts.
You were recommended by my podiatrist, and your employee offered solutions beat anything that he offered me (which was surgery).
If you can find her, please thank her! She has a very pleasant demeanor, is patient, and provides excellent services.

I took my out-of-town sister to the downtown Running Fit during Bayshore. We chose that location because we could ride our bikes there. As usual, staff was helpful. The atmosphere was festive due to the number of racers shopping. I found a great pair of Altra (the only kind I wear) trail shoes in the sale area. Thanks!

The staff in the store is why I’m willing to drive from East Nashville to the Brentwood store. They’re helpful and encouraging. They know I’m not a runner, but they treat me like I am. I make the trek to Brentwood once a year to have a pleasant consumer experience.

Reasonable prices and close to home the shoe fitting process in which they do a 3D of your feet shows how your feet actually look. My shoes fit better and are extremely comfortable.
